Would you like to savour the local cuisine<\/strong> while enjoying the view of the mountains? At our campsite in La Bourboule<\/a>, the pleasure also comes from the plate! The La Marmotte campsite restaurant offers a tasty menu of Auvergne specialities<\/strong>, lovingly prepared and served in a family atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open only in the evenings during the summer months<\/strong>, throughout February<\/strong>, on New Year’s<\/strong>, and by reservation for groups<\/strong> of more than 10 people<\/strong> during the rest of the year, it perfectly embodies the warm and authentic spirit of Puy-de-D\u00f4me, which can also be found at our family campsite in La Bourboule<\/a>. Treat yourself to a convivial dinner<\/strong> or an atmospheric meal<\/strong> at our campsite with lively evenings in Puy-de-D\u00f4me<\/a>, with views of the surrounding mountains in the heart of the Sancy massif and local produce on the menu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Restaurant La Marmotte: enjoy Puy-de-D\u00f4me specialities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the campsite restaurant, every dish tells a story<\/strong>… The story of the passionate<\/strong> producers<\/strong> we work with: Ferme de Chamablanc for goat’s cheese, GAEC des Estives for Saint-Nectaire, and Charles, a fish farmer in Saint-Sauves, for his delicious trout terrine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the local dishes on the menu<\/strong>: truffade with cured ham, aligot sausage, Salers beef steak, burger with a choice of local cheeses (saint-nectaire, tome de ch\u00e8vre from Ferme de Chamablanc), pounti auvergnat, charcuterie platter, 3-cheese salad, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All accompanied by Auvergne wine<\/strong>, and, as a digestive, Abbey liqueur<\/strong> or the famous Potion du Bougnat<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our campsite and restaurant in La Bourboule focuses on quality and proximity. The children’s menu<\/strong>, at \u20ac10, also offers gourmet dishes, but on a smaller scale: half-burger, truffade, aligot or chicken aiguillettes, followed by a scoop of ice cream or half a waffle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For dessert<\/strong>, treat yourself to a delicious blueberry tart,<\/strong> waffles, homemade ice cream, seasonal fruit salad or chocolate coulant.Finally, on Tuesday evenings (reservation required), don’t miss our themed meals: aligot, truffade, paella or barbecue evenings!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a snack or a more relaxed evening, we offer<\/strong> a range of snacks<\/strong> based on local, homemade products<\/strong>. Eight pizzas to choose from, appetizer boards or French fries: it’s simple, quick and always tasty. You can enjoy your snack on site, or take it away <\/strong>for an impromptu picnic in the mountains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that we can also deliver meals to your pitch<\/strong> (chalet, mobile home, camper van, caravan or tent pitch).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
