Internal rules of campsite or caravan grounds

I – GENERAL CONDITIONS :

1. Conditions of admission and stay

To be allowed to enter, settle in or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized to do so by the manager or his representative. The latter has the obligation to ensure the good maintenance and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these internal regulations. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them.

No one can take up residence there.

2. Police formalities

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from them. In application of article R. 611-35 of the code of entry and stay of foreigners and the right of asylum, the manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality complete and sign, upon arrival, a individual police form. It must mention in particular:

1° The name and first names; 2° The date and place of birth; 3° Nationality; 4° The usual domicile.

Children under the age of 15 can appear on one of the parents’ records.

3. Installation

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the directives given by the manager or his representative.

4. Reception desk

Open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Summer period open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

At the reception desk you will find all the information on the campsite services, information on supply possibilities, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area and various addresses which may prove useful.

5. Display

These internal regulations are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception office. It is given to each customer who requests it.For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by order of the Minister responsible for consumption and can be consulted at reception.

6 – ROYALTIES

Fees are paid at the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception office. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the site and their calculation is carried out from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Campsite users are invited to notify the reception office of their departure the day before. Campers intending to leave before the opening time of the reception office must pay their fees the day before if they have not already been paid.

7. Departure arrangements

8. Noise and silence

Customers are asked to avoid all noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. Sound devices should be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals should never be left free. They must not be left at the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them.The manager ensures the tranquility of his customers by setting times during which there must be total silence from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

9 – DOGS, CATS

The up-to-date health record of vaccinations will be presented upon arrival. In accordance with Article 21-1 of the rural code, and the implementing decrees and ministerial orders, dogs of the 1st category “attack dogs” (pitt bulls) are prohibited. 2nd category “guard and defense” dogs must be muzzled and kept on a leash by an adult.Dogs and other animals must not be left free, nor even locked up at the campsite in the absence of their civilly responsible owners. Their excrement must be collected. Animals are strictly prohibited from using and accessing the toilets.

10 – VISITORS

After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them, who may be required to pay a fee to the extent that the visitor has access to the services and/or campsite facilities. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite. Visitor cars are prohibited in the campground.

11 – TRAFFIC AND PARKING of vehicles

Inside the campsite, vehicles must travel at a speed limited to 10 km/h. Traffic is prohibited from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (barrier closing times). Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there may circulate in the campsite. Parking must not obstruct traffic, nor prevent the installation of new arrivals.

12- CONDITION AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. Good attire is required of all campers. Campers must throw awaytheir wastewater in the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of all kinds and papers must be placed in the bins. Sanitary facilities must be kept clean at all times by users. Parents must accompany their young children to the toilet, and must ensure that they do not play inside or around the toilets.Washing is strictly prohibited outside of the bins provided for this purpose.Tenants and owners of mobile homes do not have access to sanitary facilities. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. Campers are prohibited from hammering nails into trees, cutting branches, or picking flowers. It is also not permitted to demarcate the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds or campground facilities will be the responsibility of the perpetrator. The pitch which will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the condition in which the camper found it upon entering the premises.

13 – SAFETY

a) Fire : Open fires are strictly prohibited with the exception of barbecues under the responsibility of their users. Stoves must be maintained in good working order and not used in unsafe conditions. In the event of a fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary.

b) Theft : Management is only responsible for items left at the reception desk. The camper remains responsible for his own installation and must report the presence of any suspicious person to the manager. Although security is provided, users of the campsite are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their property.

14 – GAMES, PLAYGROUND

No violent or disturbing games may be organized near the facilities. The table football room should not be used for hectic games. As the playing area is not supervised, the management declines all responsibility for any accidents which may occur there. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.

15 – VIOLATION OF THE REGULATIONS

The campsite manager or his representative is responsible for the order and good maintenance of the campsite. It has the duty to sanction serious breaches of the regulations and if necessary to expel the perpetrators without recourse from them.In the event of a criminal offense, he may call on the police.

Recharging of electric vehicles is prohibited on terminals not provided for this purpose as well as on the entrances of mobile homes and chalets
